Job DescriptionJob Description

A renowned medical organization is looking to immediately hire a Full-time board-certified Family Practice/Internal Medicine Doctor to work as a Primary Care Medical Director in Carneys Point, New Jersey. A minimum of 5 years of experience and a New Jersey state license are required. The organization offers from $135 to $165 per hour (1099).

Responsibilities:

  • Providing clinical practice in this outpatient facility,
  • Overseeing clinical operations and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations,
  • Supervising medical staff and guiding on clinical matters,
  • Developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures,
  • Ensuring quality patient care and maintaining patient satisfaction,
  • Participating in the recruitment and training of medical staff,
  • Managing medical records and ensuring confidentiality,
  • Collaborating with the administrative team to improve operational efficiency, and
  • Representing the Center in professional medical associations and community events.

Qualifications:

  • Board-certified MD/DO in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Active New Jersey state license,
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Primary care,
  • Leadership Skills,
  • Communication and organization skills,
  • Effective time management skills, and
  • High organizational skills.

Job Type:

  • Full Time

Schedule

  • Mon to Fri: 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM.

Pay rate:

  • $130 to $165 per hour (1099).

Work Location:

Outpatient office in Carneys Point, New Jersey.
