Your primary responsibilities will include assisting residents with medication management, ensuring accurate documentation, coordinating medication orders and deliveries, and monitoring psychotropic medication use. You will also assist residents with personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as provide mobility support and housekeeping assistance.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
