Outside Sales Representative - Southeast Region

We are dedicated to providing superior products and solutions to our customers in the construction industry. As we continue to expand our presence in the Southeast region, we are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team.


Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative with exceptional business development skills to cover the Southeast region. In this role, you will be responsible for calling on multifamily and residential builders, architects, and distributors to promote our products and drive sales growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target multifamily and residential builders, architects, and distributors in the Southeast region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry.
  • Provide product presentations, demonstrations, and technical support to customers as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of any issues.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in outside sales and business development, preferably in the building materials industry.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry, with experience calling on multifamily and residential builders, architects, and distributors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within the Southeast region as needed.
