Compensation:

$100,000+ yearly

We’re seeking experienced real estate agents who are:

  • At least 1 year of real estate experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to prospect and empathetically put your clients before everything else
  • Familiarity with social media and digital marketing strategies
  • Willingness to make our office in Reston, VA your home base
  • Full-time dedication to real estate
