Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are currently looking for an upbeat energetic person to join our office team Someone who can work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills. He or she must have the ability to multi-task effectively while exercising courtesy and tact in dealing with the staff and customers. Strong scheduling background is preferred but not a mustJob Type:· Full-time position· Day Shift hours could be between 8:00a-6:00p· 32 hrs in the offseason (M, W, TH, F)· 36-40 hrs in the busy season (M-F)· Wages will reflect skill level and experienceQualifications & Requirements:
  • Must have strong phone skills and be able to deal with multiple phone lines plus, have the ability to communicate efficiently with customers
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, CRM & POS software
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Organization skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in written formats
  • Honest and Reliable, with a neat and clean appearance
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Works with others as well as independently
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, detail-oriented
  • Maintain a positive attitude
