Your Role as a Service Advisor:

As a Service Advisor at Simard Automotive, you'll play a pivotal role in our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Prioritizing and coordinating vehicle repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Maintaining clear and timely communication with customers.

- Developing accurate repair estimates.

- Ordering necessary parts.

- Effectively managing a team of technicians

- Paying meticulous attention to detail to ensure a seamless workflow

- Documenting recommendations for future repairs.

- Following up with customers after repairs to empower them to make informed decisions about their vehicle maintenance

- Utilizing your empathy and problem-solving skills to build long-term customer relationships.
