The Role: As our resident Road To Livelihood (RTL) Case Manager, you'll be the superhero of self-sufficiency, helping refugees unleash their potential and achieve their dreams From guiding them through the job search jungle to making sure they're equipped with all the skills they need; you'll be their ultimate champion. And hey, who said saving the day couldn't be fun?
PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE
- Dive into the action with refugees on job search, readiness, and retention techniques.
- Keep the party going by monitoring reports to ensure compliance in both programs.
- Show off your counseling skills with some motivational pep talks on employment and training.
- Be the ultimate sidekick by connecting immigrants with local employers.
- Keep the good times rolling with ongoing case management and coordination with other agencies to make sure everyone's needs are met.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Got an Associate degree and two-plus years of work-related experience, or a combination, Awesome But if you've got the drive and passion, we want you on our team
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Get ready to rock with a competitive wage starting at $23.31/hour, plus some extra dough based on your experience.
