ABOUT THIS BUSINESS ANALYSIS ROLE

As a Senior Business Analyst, you drive organizational success through meticulous technical analysis, adept requirements gathering, and insightful feasibility reviews. Your responsibilities span from documenting developed solutions to training users and clients on software products crafted by our development team. Your expertise is a vital conduit between management, stakeholders, and production teams, ensuring seamless communication and informed decision-making.

Your days are filled with strategic planning analyses, pinpointing organizational needs, defining policies, and honing market strategies through meticulous business analysis. You streamline workflows, delineate IT requirements, and set clear goals, including robust KPIs and sales strategies. Ensuring compliance and follow-through, you maintain transparent communication with project teams and stakeholders, utilizing financial reports to optimize spending and drive profits. Your knack for technical writing shines as you articulate detailed requirements and progress reports, fostering a collaborative environment where business goals are exceeded

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in process modeling and stakeholder analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong consultation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization
  • Analytical thinking coupled with problem-solving abilities
  • A detail-oriented mindset with accurate and clear reporting skills
  • Familiarity with business structure and cost-benefit analysis
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Understanding of networks, databases, and basic coding/IT skills

Tools and Technologies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio/Lucid
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tableau, or PowerBI
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, and R

4+ years of experience in this role/field is preferred but not required.
