Our financial firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Financial Clerk. This is a temp-to-hire position, with the potential for permanent employment based on performance and business needs. This is an excellent opening for a high school student or recent graduate interested in finance to gain practical experience and potentially start in the industry.

Compensation:

$14 - $15 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing paperwork.
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate client information in our database.
  • Prepare, follow-up and distribute client reports and other materials.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Provide general support to Agents and other departments as needed.
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework in finance or related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
