We are looking for a full-time Proposal Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in AutoCAD, Metal Cutting, and SOLIDWORKS.



The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for developing and submitting proposals for new projects. They will work closely with the sales team to understand the customer's needs and to develop a proposal that meets those needs. The Proposal Engineer will also be responsible for managing the proposal process, from initial concept to final submission.



Responsibilities:



  • Develop and submit proposals for new projects
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand the customer's needs
  • Manage the proposal process, from initial concept to final submission
  • Use AutoCAD, Metal Cutting, and SOLIDWORKS to create detailed drawings and models
  • Communicate effectively with customers, sales team members, and other engineers


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in proposal writing and/or engineering design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Metal Cutting, and SOLIDWORKS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
