As a Showroom Administrator, you will be the face of our store and will be responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for all of our customers. You will have the opportunity to learn about our high-quality products and help customers find the perfect product for their needs. You will have the chance to work with a supportive and collaborative team and develop your professional skills as you strive to exceed customer expectations. Hourly & commission pay
Compensation:$17 - $20 hourly + commission + bonuses
Responsibilities:- Welcome and greet customers as they enter the showroom
- Provide knowledgeable and helpful advice on products based on customer inquiries
- Create customer profiles and update them accordingly for future product recommendations
- Receive payments and process transactions accurately
- Do consultations for outdoor kitchens and fireplace projects
- Polite and personable demeanor
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proven record of building customer relationships
- U.S. work authorization and valid Driver’s License
- Experience with CRM systems (preferred, but not required)
- Previous sales experience (preferred, but not required)
