We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Showroom Administrator to join our team at American Grill & Hearth in Sarasota, FL.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to break into the home improvement industry with no prior experience necessary.


We are simply looking for someone willing to help other people, get work done, and grow with us through thick and thin


As a Showroom Administrator, you will be the face of our store and will be responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for all of our customers. You will have the opportunity to learn about our high-quality products and help customers find the perfect product for their needs. You will have the chance to work with a supportive and collaborative team and develop your professional skills as you strive to exceed customer expectations. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and provide the necessary training to help you succeed.

Hourly & commission pay

Compensation:

$17 - $20 hourly + commission + bonuses

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet customers as they enter the showroom
  • Provide knowledgeable and helpful advice on products based on customer inquiries
  • Create customer profiles and update them accordingly for future product recommendations
  • Receive payments and process transactions accurately
  • Do consultations for outdoor kitchens and fireplace projects
Qualifications:
  • Polite and personable demeanor
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Proven record of building customer relationships
  • U.S. work authorization and valid Driver’s License
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferred, but not required)
  • Previous sales experience (preferred, but not required)
