Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCarolina Foods is hiring talented individuals for General Labor positions.Work hours are currently 6PM-6AM Monday-Friday. Saturdays and Sunday's overtime as needed.
Pay rate: $15.00 ($.50 increase after 90 days with qualifying evaluation)



Job duties included but not limited to:
  • Cleaning and lubricating equipment
  • Keeping manufacturing areas free of debris and dirt
  • Transporting raw materials, finished products and equipment throughout plant manually or using powered equipment
  • Checking and weighing materials and products
  • Sorting, packing, crating and packaging materials and products
  • Assisting machine operators, assemblers and other workers
  • Preparing food ingredients by measuring, mixing, stirring

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to read the specifications of an order.
  • Ability to stand continually for 12 hours a day.
  • Ability to bend, twist, and lift repeatedly throughout the day.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds periodically.
  • Ability to complete production sheets.
  • Learn to setup equipment.
