Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Exemplifies continuous attention to customer needs.
  • Ensures the store's overall cleanliness and appearance: Supervising employees to make sure they are maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Responsible for opening and/or closing procedures; must be comfortable with cash handling, counting tills.
  • Ability to make decisions with good judgement.
  • Act as the reference point for employees and customers, ready to solve problems that may arise.
  • Assist with employee training.
  • Ensure industry rules and regulations are followed.
  • Ensure that communication is accurate and thorough between staff and management.

The Nighty Gritty:

$26/hr. DOE

Requirements:
  • 21 years or older
  • GED or HS diploma
  • 2 years supervisory experience
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
