Jaguar Bolera is the perfect culmination of tradition and innovation, an inspired collaboration between culinary enthusiasm, self-guided imbibing and entertainment, and a custom, curated approach to crafting eating, drinking and gaming experiences for the entire group.

The menu interlaces woodfire-cooked fare from the American South with the brilliance of traditional Mexican cuisine - territories historically inhabited by the Jaguar. Bolera is the Spanish word for bowling alley, nodding to the concepts full-length bowling lanes and duckpin balls and pins. The 20,000 sq foot venue has multiple stations for self-serve custom brews, craft cocktails, and keg wines.

Jaguar Bolera is looking for a high level, dynamic leader to fill the role of Event Sales Manager.

You believe that your role in sales is only as successful as the relationship between the operations team and the sales team, and you curate and develop quality communication systems and relational elements to ensure this dynamic is healthy and productive daily.

You are organized, results oriented and financially driven, and ensure standards are always in place. You analyze financials, prioritize actions associated and create quality plans to support predictability in results.

What You Do:

  • Analyze and develop strategic sales plans that achieve the goals of the organization and drive proactive event sales to your venue.
  • Engage members of the community and your network through direct, personal contact to support strategic plans and build business.
  • Curate quality relationships with clients that inspire repeat and continued business.
  • Work with each client to ensure their event is exactly what they are looking for, while offering exciting and innovative ideas to enhance their experience.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the operations team to deliver precise, planned, and coordinated experiences that are functional and feasible in the event space.
  • Support the operations team with onsite presence, event participation, organization, and team guidance.

Your Experience Has:

  • 5+ years at a director level in a hospitality and/or gaming space.
  • Sales volume of $1.5M (individually), and/or $3-4M (collective team) with a proven track record for increased performance year over year.
  • 5+ years working in the food and beverage category.
  • Budgeting, financial forecasting, financial reporting & analysis.
  • Oversight of a team of sales manager/coordinators and partnership with an operations team.
