We are currently hiring an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Director to help support our Operational teams and help drive decision making through analytics and financial analysis. The successful incumbent demonstrates expertise and best practices using technology to streamline processes and optimize bottom line dollars. This position will have high visibility to the CFO and other members of the executive team. This is a transformative role in the finance department that enables strategic direction. This is a fully remote position.

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am -5pm)

Pay: Salary, Based on Experience

What will you be doing?

  • Financial business partners with the COO.
  • Lead a team of analysts aligned with operational product leaders.
  • Lead rigorous, analytics-based decision support including data analytics, forecasting, and insight generation.
  • Explore data, identify growth opportunities, test hypotheses, and drive growth initiatives.
  • Prepare ad hoc executive-level analysis and reports for presentation to senior decision-makers within the company.
  • Perform financial and operational analysis with the goal of improving the efficiency of the business segment.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to effectively execute key initiatives and strategies.
  • Build relationships with peers across corporate functions and within each product.
  • All Other Duties as assigned by management.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Supply Chain.
  • MBA Preferred
  • 3+ years experience delivering financial growth in fast paced business environments.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Self-starter and results oriented, comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities, thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of performing with a high degree of accuracy and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Advanced skills in Excel required.
  • Hands-on experience working with NetSuite is preferred.
  • Experience analyzing data from NetSuite or a comparable ERP system a requirement.
  • Personal responsibility to manage change.
