As a Financial Planner, you will work with a team of experienced professionals to help clients achieve their financial goals. Your typical day may include building relationships with clients, creating robust financial plans, and reviewing investment portfolio recommendations.

We offer a comprehensive training and development program, which includes licenses and registrations necessary to become a Financial Planner. No prior knowledge of the financial services industry is required, but prior exposure is a plus.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client relationships and communication
  • Financial planning and analysis
  • Investment portfolio management

We are looking for a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Prior sales experience and/or a college degree or equivalent work/life experience are a plus.

The path to becoming a Financial Planner begins with our Pre-Contract CDP Affiliate phase, during which you will study towards obtaining the required FINRA and resident state licenses. Upon successful completion, you may receive an offer to become a full-time Financial Professional Associate, which is paid solely on a commission and bonus basis.
