Location: Fort Worth, TX

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Replenishment Merchandiser to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. As an essential member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that our inventory levels are maintained and products are replenished in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
  • Use of a personal vehicle during business hours is required.
  • A valid Driver's License, up-to-date vehicle liability insurance, and a driving record that meets MVR policy guidelines are necessary.
  1. Identify locations, set up, and maintain product displays and equipment placements in alignment with company standards.
  2. Ensure proper product stock levels in beverage sections and throughout the assigned accounts, including shelf space and cold equipment.
  3. Fulfill customer service expectations by restocking and merchandising products daily at assigned large stores, with appropriate follow-up.
  4. Cultivate and maintain a professional, team-oriented relationship with colleagues, customers, and shoppers.
  5. Keep inventory levels, company assets, and point-of-sale materials in check, ensuring the account adheres to the company's merchandising standards.
  6. Uphold merchandising standards by rotating products during each visit to designated accounts.
  7. Update and maintain Point of Sale advertising as needed for each account.
Qualifications

- Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds; bend over, reach above head height, and kneeling.

- Excellent planning and organization skills

- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills

- Ability to work with minimal supervision

- Previous sales/merchandising experience preferred

Salary info:

$16 - $17 / hr
