Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand client coverage and enhance their overall protection.
Community Outreach: Establish strong connections within the local community to generate leads and build the agency's presence.
Continuous Education: Stay informed about industry developments and changes to better serve clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Minnesota Property & Casualty License required.
Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.
Client-Focused: Deep commitment to understanding and addressing client needs with integrity and professionalism.
