Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Provide expert advice to clients on their insurance options, ensuring their needs are met.

Lead Management: Handle incoming leads effectively, converting them into satisfied policyholders.

Policy Analysis: Evaluate client requirements and recommend customized insurance solutions.

Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand client coverage and enhance their overall protection.

Community Outreach: Establish strong connections within the local community to generate leads and build the agency's presence.

Continuous Education: Stay informed about industry developments and changes to better serve clients.


Requirements

Licensing: Active Minnesota Property & Casualty License required.

Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.

Client-Focused: Deep commitment to understanding and addressing client needs with integrity and professionalism.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote work environment, balancing autonomy with teamwork and collaboration.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Technology Proficiency: Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools to streamline sales processes and client interactions.
