Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate webinars and live events, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up with attendees.
  • Assist in the development of compelling marketing materials, including case studies, podcasts, videos, articles, and social media content.
  • Conduct research to support marketing strategies, identify customer trends, and gather data to measure effectiveness.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, and social media efforts, to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Perform routine marketing coordinator activities such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining databases.
  • Assist with planning, executing, and tracking marketing program effectiveness and results, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Work alongside sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals and ensure cohesive messaging.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in the payments industry a plus
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Hubspot and Salesforce experience a plus).
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • Creativity and ability to produce innovative and original ideas.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insight is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and new initiatives.
