A boutique law firm in Baltimore is seeking a dedicated attorney to join their thriving consumer bankruptcy practice. You will play a crucial role in assisting individuals facing financial challenges by guiding them through the Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy process.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include evaluating prospective debtors' eligibility, preparing and filing necessary bankruptcy documents, and representing clients in court proceedings and before the Office of the United States Trustee.
