THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Life's Better Department at Lakeshirts (ie: Human Resources), is looking for a creative, driven, experienced individual to lead the end-to-end recruitment efforts to grow our sales force across the US. This position will work closely with sales managers and play a vital role in ensuring our new hires have a seamless integration into our organization.
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in recruiting and recruitment marketing, leveraging social media, professional and academic platforms, and building relationships to find and attract top talent. This role requires a blend of recruiting expertise, marketing savvy, and social media proficiency to ensure we identify and hire the best candidates for our sales team. This individual will be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success, playing a critical role in ensuring we hire the best possible talent. As we expand our sales team, this position will also ensure our new hires have a seamless integration into our organization. Recruitment and Recruitment Marketing: Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for sales representatives, including deploying creative recruitment marketing strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to find the best talent.
- Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of our values-based recruitment process for all sales rep positions.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to create detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Collaborate with sales leaders, human resources, and marketing teams on creative recruitment marketing strategies.
- Implement creative and innovative approaches to utilizing social media and professional or academic platforms to target ideal candidates, build relationships, and identify and attract top talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and platforms to ensure a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Post and manage positions on job board(s) until filled.
- Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in applicant
- Screen applicants and select qualified candidates.
- Conduct reference and background checks for potential candidates.
- Schedule interviews; oversee the preparation of values-based interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Assist with the interview process, attending and scheduling interviews with sales leaders.
- Collaborate with the hiring sales manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Prepare and communicate offers.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Attend and participate in job fairs and recruiting sessions
- Involvement in School Partnership Project, planting the seed to grow future team members
- Network within the community and organizations in areas we are hiring to develop a pool of qualified candidates continually
- Perform other duties as assigned
Sales Rep Onboarding Experience: As we expand our sales team, this position will play a pivotal role in ensuring our new hires have a seamless integration into our organization.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new sales reps, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience and giving the new team members all the tools they need to be successful.
- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate onboarding schedules, including introductions to key team members and departments.
- Work closely with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized onboarding programs.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring all resources and materials are prepared in advance.
- Schedule orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Schedule and facilitate welcome sessions to help new employees integrate into the team and company culture (it's pretty unique and something we're super proud of).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee training progress and certifications.
- Ensure onboarding processes comply with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Collect feedback from new hires regarding the onboarding process and training programs.
- Collaborate with the HR team and department heads to continuously improve the onboarding and training experience (Continuous Improvement is one of our Core Values, so this is pretty important).
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Communications, Sales/Marketing or related field
- 3-5 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process required
- 1-3 years' experience in recruitment marketing or marketing-related work required
- Highly proficient in social, professional, and academia platforms
- Creative thinker, effective creation and implementation of sourcing strategies for recruitment
- Demonstrates resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assignments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
