- Competitive salary range: $125k to 150k depending on experience
- Monday to Friday Schedule, 9am to 5pm

- Community Outreach for Psych patients, focusing on community-based nursing and mental health.
- Providing both assessments and care management to patients in their homes, particularly individuals with substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, and involvement in the criminal justice system.
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New York.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
