Adult & Child Health is an integrated healthcare provider in Central Indiana. We are a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center and a Federally Qualified Health Center look alike; we strive to provide the best in healthcare services. Providing high-quality, affordable care including primary care, behavioral health services, substance abuse treatment, mobile crisis response, community-based services, homeless outreach, school-based treatment, and more.


About this role: As the Youth Development Coordinator for the TAY grant you will be engaging transition aged youth in group and individual work to help them develop and achieve their goals. You will be working closely with the TAY specialist to plan and implement group programming, meet with youth 1:1 to develop independent living goals, link youth to needed supports and resources in the community, and manage grant needs such as budget, monthly reporting, community partner relationships, etc. On this team we follow the youth development model in all work we do. The Location and hours: A&C is based in Central Indiana. For this position, we service the following county: Marion

Hours are M-F 8am-4pm with flexible scheduling available.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Coordinate programming with community partner locations
  • Plan and prep lessons and facilitation materials
  • Manage small grant budget
  • Facilitate youth development programming
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or related field
  • Must hold a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and provide own, insured, transportation
  • Previous experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong organizational skills
