Compensation: $25 - $30 Hourly

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare various documents using approved templates and provisions. This includes agreements and other types of paperwork.
  • Maintain electronic files as instructed, ensuring proper organization and filing of documents.
  • Conduct research and prepare responses to various requests as needed.
  • Perform legal research and analysis using various resources.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients, as directed.
  • Complete and assist with forms and filings using confidential information.
  • Use good judgment in client interactions, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Assist with drafting and updating templates, improving record maintenance, and supporting team initiatives.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Take on responsibilities in line with the organization's purpose and values.


Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Cobblestone contract management software.
  • Experience with managing contracts, MOUs, and health plan contracts.
  • A paralegal degree is required (a certificate and an associate degree are acceptable in AZ).
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
