Key Responsibilities:

Experience:
  • Proven experience in the Retirement, Group Insurance, and Institutional Banking domains is mandatory.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis.
  • Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial services industry.
  • Experience with data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, or similar.
Domain Expertise:
  • In-depth knowledge of Retirement, Group Insurance, and Institutional Banking processes, including product offerings, customer journeys, and regulatory landscape.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into actionable solutions.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or a related field.
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Familiarity with business process modeling tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
