Job Description:We are looking for a motivated Client Experience Expert to join our team. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing Intellectual Property (IP) company with clients around the globe. A strong work ethic, communication and entrepreneurial spirit are desired. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, eager to take on new responsibilities and possess top-notch customer service and sales skills.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction of products and services.
- Assure timely response to all incoming emails and requests for estimates.
- Engage/on-boarding of new clients to ensure expectations are being met.
- Work with technical managers and to create custom quotes, proposals and/or contracts for products and services.
- Work closely with technical managers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Manage all in-coming new client and existing client requests for products and services.
- Upsell existing clients on existing and new products and services.
- Be responsible for timely and accurate reporting. Reporting will include sales calls made, proposals submitted, disposition of existing clients and disposition of new prospects.
- Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The ideal Client Experience Expert candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills and enjoy communicating with potential customers and customers.
- A proven track record as a self-motivated, entrepreneurial-spirited executor of customer service and inside sales experience.
- Experience providing the highest level of customer service possible.
- Experience upselling and selling of new products and services to existing clients.
- Work closely with the executive team to think outside the box to solve problems.
