Director of Enterprise Compliance


Lynn Community Health Center seeks a dedicated and experienced Enterprise Compliance Director to oversee enterprise risk management and compliance operations.

In this role you will...

  • Serve as a key advisor to the Chief Compliance Officer on clinical compliance and risk-related matters.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across the organization.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and plans.

Basic Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Law, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance and risk management.
  3. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HRSA, The Joint Commission, HIPAA, OSHA, and Medicare/Medicaid requirements.
  4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and influence staff at all levels.
  6. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), or equivalent certification preferred.
