Summary:

Brockman Site Development is currently looking for a Project Engineer to work in Sanford, FL. What you will be doing:

  • Liaises with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables.
  • Assists in the planning and implementation of projects.
  • Helps to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables.
  • Analyzes data as required.
  • Conducts administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices and drawing estimates.
  • Tracks and reporting project progress.
  • Supports the coordination and management of projects.
  • Researches information as required.
  • Performs administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least three years’ experience in project management or administrative assistance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and any management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent multitasking skills to oversee several projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
