Windermere Executive Search & Recruitment is partnering with a client company to assist them in their search for a Human Resources Generalist for their paper mill in South Carolina.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned HR professional with a strong manufacturing background, possessing excellent leadership coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills. Must have a proven track record of driving business results through work system improvements, talent development, and employee engagement. Must have 2+ years of HR experience, and needs to be well-versed in employment law, diversity and inclusion, and change management. You are a strategic business partner, able to educate and counsel leaders, and drive a reliability culture within the organization.
