We are seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a seamless customer experience by processing warranty claims, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with manufacturers to secure reimbursements for our dealership.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and process warranty claims accurately, ensuring they comply with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Submit warranty claims to manufacturers promptly and efficiently for reimbursement.
  • Follow up with manufacturers to track claim progress and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all warranty work performed, including parts, labor, and claim status.
  • Verify warranty coverage for customers and explain the terms of their warranty.
  • Collaborate with the service team to arrange warranty repairs and schedule appointments.
  • Track and order warranty parts, ensuring timely availability and avoiding delays.
  • Stay up-to-date on manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and bulletins.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an automotive service environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and repair procedures is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficient with computers and dealership management systems.
  • Customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
