The desired candidate posses impeccable leadership skills, is detail-oriented, and strives for excellence in leading the clinical side of the practice and posses 2+ years of experience

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of chairside dental assisting experience, with Expanded Function Certification as well as CPR and Radiology

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor dental assistant team members, assigning tasks and providing guidance as needed.
  • Assist dentists during procedures, prepare treatment rooms, and ensure patient comfort and safety.
  • Manage patient scheduling, records, and insurance claims processing.
  • Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order dental supplies as needed.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with patients to address their questions, schedule appointments, and follow up on treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

Schedule:

  • Monday 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Tuesday 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Wednesday 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Thursday 6:45am-3:15pm
