Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following, other duties assigned.
- Check, verify, and inspect all shipments.
- Confirm packing list, bill of ladings to material being received on the dock.
- Create labels for all incoming loads.
- Scan all loads with handheld scanner.
- Enter receipts into IQMS.
- Keep accurate records.
- Contact Planners as necessary with discrepancies.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Competencies:
Self-motivated, self driven, good communication skills
Qualifications
· Experience in warehouse procedures
· Experience with electronic scanning
· Close attention to detail and accuracy.
· Good organizational skills.
· Excellent attendance.
· Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office Word.
· Basic IQMS Operating System as it pertains to material flow movement and receipt entry.
· Ability to read and analyze information in English. .
Education and/or Experience:
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Computer and Technology Skills:
Excel, IQMS, Word, Label printing
Language Skills:
English
Mathematical Skills:
Simple math, addition, subtraction
Reasoning Ability:
Problem solving skills, comprehension skills
Physical Demands:
Walking, kneeling, bending, lite lifting
