Good Harvest Market, Waukesha County's largest independently owned natural and organic grocer, is currently accepting applications for a part-time Wellness Clerk.


We need someone who can work 11a-7p on Saturdays, with other opportunities for hours potentially becoming available over time. Because this opportunity provides minimal hours, it is a great way to supplement other income while enjoying a generous discount in our store and learning more about our amazing products


Responsibilities and Duties

Duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong knowledge of natural supplements, essential oils, and natural cosmetics and beauty supplies
  • Desire to learn
  • Ability to learn fast
  • Stock, rotate, and face the department inventory
  • Clean the department each shift

Our employees enjoy a generous in-store purchase discount and weekly pay periods. The latest we close is 8pm, closing earlier on weekends. All regular employees over the age of 18 may participate in our Simple IRA Retirement Match plan.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong salesperson skills preferred
  • Outgoing and customer focused
  • Must be able to read and comprehend extensive product training materials
  • Prior experience working with natural cosmetics and supplements preferred
  • Constant standing, walking, crouching, and frequent reaching and lifting
