Manager in Training:

As a Manager in Training with Restore, you will be consistently exposed to managerial responsibilities as you learn the in’s and out’s of how to lead a high-performing health and wellness team. What you’ll need to be our Manager in Training:

What you’ll do as the Manager in Training:

  • Observe and absorb all that you can while shadowing the Assistant General Manager and General Manager on a daily basis
  • Develop sales and marketing campaigns and initiate community engagements within the wellness community
  • Constantly engage with new customers through studio tours, Care Cards, listening to and answering questions, and making recommendations on services
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to educate potential clients on Restore’s offerings
  • Initiate the sales process by scheduling and conducting appointments with warm leads
