  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; capable of complex mathematical operations and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
  • Communication & Training: Excellent oral/written communication, adept at presentations, training, mentoring, and development.
  • Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking: Advanced problem-solving abilities, effective issue resolution, and consultative leadership in financial matters.
  • Adaptability & Teamwork: Multitasking across various tasks, adaptable to shifting priorities, and collaborative in team and company-wide projects.
  • Professionalism & Availability: Professional conduct in all scenarios, commitment to confidentiality, and willingness to travel as needed.
