About the Role:
We are currently seeking a PM Floater to join our team at The Learning Experience #371 in Davenport, FL. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing care and education to young children.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum
  • Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times
  • Assist with meal and snack preparation and feeding
  • Engage in activities and play with children
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working with children preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and co-workers
  • Must pass background check and obtain necessary clearances
  • Positive and nurturing demeanor
