Chief Operating Officer - Strategic Leadership Role at a Fast-Growing Innovative Law Firm

Carolina Family Estate Planning is recruiting for a Chief Operating Officer to help drive our firm through an exciting period of growth. We are at the forefront of changing how people think about estate planning and related services, and this role offers a unique opportunity to apply strategic leadership and operational skill to develop our team of leaders, to help our clients, and to make a lasting impact on our community.

Work Schedule & Ideal Candidate Profile

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Office-based in Cary, NC

Typical Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with the flexibility needed to meet the firm's strategic goals.
