We're searching for a highly organized, detail-oriented person to join our Sartell, MN office and support us in our mission as a full-time Scheduling Coordinator

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Proven experience in scheduling, caregiving, or home care
  • Experience with 245D services or organizations
  • Excellent administrative and management skills
  • Valid driver's license

WHAT TO EXPECT AS OUR SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

When you join our home care team, you typically work from Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm OR 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

You're responsible for maintaining organized calendars, ensuring consistent staff scheduling, and collaborating closely with management to cover all staffing and client needs. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are crucial as you create on-call rotation schedules, update schedules in Caretap, and assign floater shifts as needed. You maintain employee calendars and timecards while tracking their check-in and check-out times.

To keep our team at the top of their game, you review annual training completion needs and make sure staff members complete the necessary programs. You also coordinate with staff to develop methods for improving our processes and efficiency. Your work is vital to ensuring our clients receive the care they deserve when they need it
