The Concierge will assist with event planning for the residents, create a sense of community, and ensure exceptional service. A Concierge is responsible for maintaining the “hub” of the building lobby and upholding our 5 Diamond Customer Service Standard while carrying out all workplace expectations and policies.

This position is Thursday - Monday, 12:00pm - 8:00pm. (Days off: Tuesday and Wednesday)

Duties & Responsibilities (include and not limited to the following)

  • Create the fun in the community by planning and hosting quality social events
  • Develop a monthly calendar of events
  • Provides a Warm Welcome and Fond Farewell to all residents and their guests
  • Provide knowledgeable and comprehensive information about the surrounding areas
  • Interaction with clients showing genuine sincerity and appreciation
  • Advise residents and guests of any appropriate rules and regulations established by the management of the property
  • Present a professional appearance by adhering to Company Uniform and Grooming Standards
  • Perform at the highest level of Customer Service and always looking for ways to “Wow” all clients by exceeding their expectations and striving to provide aggressive hospitality
  • Proactively ensure a smooth operation and service experience by effectively communicating with property management and residents/guests
  • Adhere to all Company Polices as indicated in Employee Handbook and Property specific regulations
  • Knowledgeable of all emergency and safety procedures

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Passion for event planning, health, and wellness
  • Must have an outgoing personality
  • Must be hospitality driven and offer any necessary assistance to clients and guests
  • Must possess the ability to multi-task
  • Must be able to proactively learn about all events, happenings, restaurants, etc. in the local neighborhood

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and the Internet
  • Professional phone skills
  • Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
  • Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions
  • Minimum 2-3 year experience in residential event planning/management is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00 per hour
