Introduction:
At ICECO, we are seeking a Tech Support Assistant to join our team. This role involves working closely with our Director of Tech to manage customer support cases and assist in product development research.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls, document issues, and initiate support cases.
Communicate effectively with related personnel to resolve customer issues.
Keep track of case status and ensure timely actions are taken.
Assist in research and development activities for new product enhancements.
Requirements:
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organized.
Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
