Job Description

  • Structural Steel and miscellaneous iron work
  • Perform custom fabrication
  • Read/Interpret blueprint and review work orders
  • Finds and pulls materials from inventory
  • Review drawings for layout, fabrication and welding specifications
  • Setting up and operating the welding machine
  • TIG/MIG Welding (Avg. radius tolerance 1/16)
  • Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance
  • Measure and cut steel to size
  • Assist with machinery and equipment repairs.
  • Assist with other machinery operation when is needed.
  • Operate manual machinery to cut, punch holes, bend, drill ect.
Knowledge of safety practices
Must be able to work within the means of tools on-site
