Seeking an Email Marketing Specialist: Drive Engagement and Sales Through Strategic Campaigns

The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and sales. This position requires a blend of technical, creative, and analytical skills to create campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.

What you'll do as Email Marketing Specialist:

  • Craft Captivating Campaigns: Whip up creative and compelling email campaigns that not only boost sales but also ramp up engagement, all while staying true to our brand's voice.
  • Master List Management: Take control of our targeted lists and databases, skillfully managing email campaigns through our chosen platforms.
  • Analyze and Optimize: Dive deep into campaign data to unearth insights, driving recommendations for enhancements and identifying ripe testing opportunities.
  • Automate Engagement: Set up and fine-tune automated email sequences and drip campaigns, providing detailed reports on their performance.
  • Monitor Success Metrics: Keep tabs on the vital signs of our email campaigns, utilizing tools like Google Analytics to track and interpret KPIs.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest in email marketing, from emerging technologies to best practices in deliverability.
  • Collaborate Creatively: Work alongside Interactive Designers or Art Directors, bringing to life email visuals and landing pages that resonate with our audience.
  • Lend Your Expertise: Pitch in on various marketing projects and initiatives, bringing your email marketing acumen to broaden our impact.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in email marketing
  • Expertise in email marketing platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong creative and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Google Suite.
