Cybertools is looking for an Service Department Coordinator / Dispatcher with excellent customer service skills to answer requests from our clients and coordinate service calls.
We are a cybersecurity and IT service provider that is in need of a service coordinator. This opportunity allows you to get into an established, growing company and take advantage of the opportunities that will arise as we continue to expand.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client emails requests
- Gather information from clients and set expectations for service calls
- Assign service tickets to technicians
- Monitor technicians progress on tickets to ensure clients needs are being met
- Gather parts needed for tickets and maintain parts inventory
- Follow up with clients after service to ensure their expectations were met
Technical Skills and Traits Needed
- Excellent customer service
- Outgoing personality
- Operating a multiline phone system
- Use of a computer to manage our ticketing system
- Familiarity with IT components such as servers, workstations, switches, firewalls, routers, etc. a plus
Note: The above skills are not exhaustive. A successful candidate should have a foundation in IT and be willing to learn new technologies as needed.
