Position is located primarily in our Fort Collins Office. Includes company operations for Longmont, Loveland, and Northglenn as well.

Recovery Monitoring Solutions is a leading provider of treatment and offender monitoring services, with corporate offices in Colorado and Texas.

POSITION SUMMARY

Duties include the provision of general oversight and supervision for local field office. Represents the company as the local contact with courts and agencies. Works under general supervision while exercising independent decision-making authority.

Responsible for the efficient management of a community corrections-based operation within an assigned region. The Regional Manager will also be responsible for maintaining the high level of customer service that is required from every staff member in a region utilizing corrective action, mentoring, or training as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

o Provide direct oversight, supervision and leadership for offices within assigned region.

o Provide general oversight for local administration of the technology and service programs

o Ensure quality control with the enforcement of established procedures and best practices

o In Regions with Criminal Justice-Involved participant Supervision and Case Management programs:

o Generate and review audits of all programs within the region to assure proper level of service and financial

performance. Regional Managers must assure that written reports that will be signed by RMS and submitted

to the Court meet all standards of a Judicial Officer and agency standards.

o Compiles, prepares and accurately maintains, on a current basis, standard operating records and reports, as requested

by executive management or required by policies, procedures, regulations, laws, and/or contract. Reviews reports and

records produced by staff; properly processes all reports and documents in a timely manner.

o Work with executive management on growth and program maintenance strategies for the local area o Brief the Executive Team designee on emerging issues and critical developments for offices within assigned region.

o Assist with the development and modification of policies and procedures related to the operation and management of the technology and service programs o Interview applicants for vacant positions for offices within assigned region.

o Approve scheduling of staff

o Review and sign payroll time sheets on a bi-weekly basis

o Conduct periodic staff meetings to disseminate new information and address any outstanding issues

o Other duties as assigned
