We are committed to hiring a veteran who has the skills and experience required to lead a team of maintenance technicians in ensuring that our facility is always in top condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, with a proven track record of success in leading and supervising a team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the maintenance and repair of the facility, including the building, equipment, and grounds.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure equipment is well-maintained and minimize downtime.
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring that they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance work, including routine inspections, repairs, and upgrades.
- Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and expenses.
