Title: Incident Response Recovery Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and key stakeholders, providing leadership in incident response and recovery.
  • Organize and prioritize daily and weekly recovery tasks based on business requirements, ensuring adherence to security best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) on project tasks, status updates, issues, and escalations.
  • Promote and implement industry best practices in incident response, cybersecurity analysis, and case management.
  • Oversee the security viability, manageability, and operational stability of IT services during recovery and restoration phases.

Must have knowledge and experience:

  • Expertise in Dell and/or VMware products.
  • Proven experience in incident response.
  • Strong background in security practices.
  • Flexibility to travel to client sites on short notice.
