Summary: The Master Data Analyst position is responsible for the hands on execution and maintenance of our enterprise master data. They will support key supply chain master data domains such as vendor master, customer master, material/product master, and authorizations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Timely, accurate entry of data across multiple enterprise applications such as SAP including use of Winshuttle and Workflow tools.
  • Ensuring consistency of data across applications.
  • Understand data requirements as well as functional area and individuals responsible for providing required data for each change request.
  • Maintain and update Winshuttle transaction scripts.
  • Work closely with all key business stakeholders to support the data cleansing efforts, data enrichment and testing cycles prior to system go-live.
  • Understand and support all Master Data Management initiatives.
  • Possess keen understanding of how the business and the master data systems function and other systems supported by or interfacing with master data systems.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in a data management or business environment.

Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills:

  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and aptitude for figures.
  • Good presentation skills and ability to communicate (verbal and written).
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills.

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of SAP and Winshuttle a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Power Point.
