Job DescriptionOur client, a leading line pipe distributor in the United States, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Loader for their second shift. In this role, you'll assist with shrink-wrapping and loading shipments, ensuring all materials are inspected for non-conformances and properly protected during transit. You'll handle daily tasks related to loading and wrapping products, efficiently delegate workload, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Responsibilities:
  • Ensure equipment (forklifts, pickers, crane, hand tools) is in proper working condition.
  • Communicate effectively with department supervisors.
  • Securely package materials and ensure they are protected from damage during transit.
  • Use Pick Ticket information to verify and record details on shrink-wrapped pallets.
  • Match shipments to loading forms and ensure vehicles are loaded with correct materials.
  • Photograph loaded products for verification.
  • Fill out required information on pick tickets and accompanying forms.
  • Conduct visual inspections to identify non-conformances and notify department leads.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the PVF industry preferred.
  • Forklift experience and certification required.
  • Basic computer skills; experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
