Fan Experience

LakePoint Sports is seeking energetic individuals with a flair for communication to help ensure our guests have a memorable experience on our campus. As a Guest Relations Ambassador (GRA), you will assist in marketing services that LakePoint Sports offers, including LakePoint Live, campus partner promotions and other campus events. The GRA will also act as an event concierge providing elevated customer service for our athletes, families, and guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the Guest Relations kiosk at the Baseball Village
• Attending events as scheduled (weekday, weekends, and some holidays)
• Proactively interact with guests as they enter the venue and solve guests’ challenges
• Be familiar with all LPS venues, event schedules and promotional offerings
• Marketing our various partnership campaigns effectively
• Act as main point of contact for campus questions at entranceway; including facility information, knowledge about the community, and other guest relations needs. 
• Capturing photographs of any marketing activations
• Data collection via surveys, activations, etc.
• Other tasks as assigned
