PURPOSE:

The main role of an HR Administrator is to ensure the smooth running of the human resources department in an organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Assist in updating internal databases
  • Prepare HR documents
  • Assist in revising company policies
  • Assist HR Generalist in resolving grievances and investigations
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics and KPIs (ex – turnover data, etc)
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
  • Assist by providing relevant employee information
  • Process expense forms
  • Assist in performance management, including scheduling and maintaining
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives
  • Participate in HR projects

Sycamore Services Team

  • Champion organizational mission, vision, and philosophies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of personnel and consumer information and records.
  • Respond to staff inquiries by providing information or appropriate resources.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education/ Certifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least 3 years of admin experience preferred

Knowledge:

  • Strong computer literacy
  • Experience with non-profits
  • Think critically about issues that arise in the workplace while maintaining an optimistic outlook on the challenges ahead.

Skills/ Abilities:

  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
